Park Your Paws (Kukkala Adda) is a premier doggy day care, boarding and play area, designed to give your furry companion the utmost care and enjoyment. Set in a spacious, safe, pollution-free environment near Hyderabad airport, we offer services tailored to dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Park Your Paws ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you register for Paws on Trails 2026 or use our boarding and daycare services.
Information we collect: Your name, phone number, email, pet details and payment information when you register or contact us.
How we use it: To process registrations, confirm bookings, send event updates and respond to your enquiries. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Storage and security: Your data is stored securely and accessible only to authorised staff. Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers.

Event registration (Paws on Trails 2026): By registering, you agree to participate at your own risk. You are responsible for your pet's behaviour, leash control and vaccination status. Park Your Paws is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising during the event.
Entry fees: ₹299 for you and your dog (human pass ₹150, pet pass ₹149). Without a pet, ₹150. Fees are payable at the time of registration.
Refund policy for the event: Registration fees for Paws on Trails 2026 are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
Boarding and daycare: Bookings are subject to availability. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged a cancellation fee. This applies to boarding and daycare bookings, not to event registration.
Pet health: All pets must be up to date on vaccinations. Proof may be requested. We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet shows signs of illness or aggression.
Liability: While we take every precaution for your pet's safety, Park Your Paws is not liable for illness, injury or loss arising during boarding, daycare or event participation.
